Families can learn to surf together at all-inclusive resorts in Mexico.
With over 6,000 miles of coastline, Mexico surfing locations run from North Baja to Oaxaca on the West Coast and the coastline near Veracruz on the East Coast. Mexico temperatures range from 55 degrees Fahrenheit to 79 degrees during the summer. Many inclusive vacations include surfing lessons for beginners and children, allowing the entire family to take part. Visitors can surf in Mexico all year round.
1. Casa Corona del Mar
Casa Corona del Mar is an all-inclusive vacation resort located in Riviera Nayarit, and it is a family-friendly surfing area with a near-private 12 mile long beach. Meals are a flat rate, and this includes two meals per day, snacks, fruit and beverages, including beer. Children under five eat free. In front of the hotel is the mouth of an estuary where beginners can learn and where intermediary practitioners can surf. The area can also be used for longboarding. Other nearby surfing areas include San Blas, Matanchan Bay, Santa Cruz, Punta Mita and Sayulita. Other activities include whale viewing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, cruises and fishing. Visitors must book a seven-night trip.

2. Xoxxi
Xoxxi offers families a Learn to Surf all-inclusive vacation, and beginners will be taught in areas where there are not large crowds. The trip includes three meals per day, snacks, water, other beverages, the hotel room and surf lessons each day. Flights into Mexico are not included in the price. Other amenities include travel to the beaches, travel from the Huatulco airport, needed surfing equipment, DVD of the surfing trip and analysis of surfing lessons. Hotel amenities include free WiFi, laundry service, cable television, bathrooms, on-site restaurants, a convenience store and daily room service. Surfing lessons will take place on the beaches that run from Salina Cruz to Huatulco, and lessons will be taught by local surfers. Other activities include sunbathing, swimming and sightseeing.

Luxury Surf offers surfing vacations to Punta de Mita, which is approximately 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. Surfing locations run from Bucerias to Punta de Mita, and the Bay of Banderas is included in this area. Visitors can choose from a penthouse suite with four bedrooms at Ventana del Mar or a two-bedroom room in Siempre Verano condominiums. Surfing lessons can be booked for an all day adventure or broken up into two sessions. Other attractions include sunbathing, golfing at the Four Seasons, children swimming areas, fishing, tide pools, Mariettas Islands, snorkeling and whale watching.
