• St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park with miles of sand beaches and beautiful dunes, 2,516 acres for outdoor activities, and snorkeling, swimming, birding, camping. The beach at St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park was voted #1 in the nation in 2003 by Dr. Beach (850227-1327 .
• St. Joseph’s Bay Reserve with 5,000 acres with educational center, programs, and opportunities for volunteers.
• Estuary tours by local guides.
• Golf at the St. James Bay Golf Course in Carrabelle, Florida.
